Trainee Property Consultant

About the role

Have you ever wanted to get into property and estate agency? Do you currently work in a customer service, hospitality or other sales role? We have a fantastic opportunity for people to join as a trainee Property Consultant and develop in the Beresfords Academy with a view to joining one of our busy sales departments throughout Essex. No prior estate agency experience is required.

Duties

• Working closely with prospective buyers and vendors to develop engaging client relationships
• Handling viewing appointments and supporting the offer process
• Sales progression
• Work closely with inhouse Mortgage & Protection Advisors to support cross selling activity
• Similarly work with the internal lettings teams

Essential Requirements

• Full UK Driving License
• Self-motivated and target driven
• Personal integrity; hardworking, personable, professional, and commercially minded
• Good computer skills and ability to pick up new systems quickly
• Excellent communication skills
