The Role
As Branch Manager, you will:
- Build strong, lasting relationships with trade customers and become their go-to partner for plumbing, heating and renewables solutions
- Work closely with colleagues across the wider business to deliver our promise of Best Product, Best Price, and Best Service
- Grow the branch through new business development and maximising opportunities with existing customers
- Take full responsibility for the success of your branch — from sales and service to safety and standards
- Lead, motivate and develop your branch team to deliver outstanding service and results
- Drive sales and performance, ensuring your branch achieves (and exceeds) its targets
About You
Ideally, you are:
- Experienced in growing a customer base and delivering against sales and profit targets
- An exemplary leader with the ability to plan, prioritise, delegate, and empower others
- Skilled in developing others in delivering exceptional customer service
- Self-driven, proactive, and constantly seeking to develop yourself
- Capable of building strong relationships with your colleagues
- An inspiring role model with excellent communication skills
- Previous exposure working in a similar position within a plumbing and heating merchants is preferable
